摘  要:介绍了双进双出钢球磨煤机的工作原理。在实际运行中经常出现分离器被杂物堵塞、漏粉、螺旋叶片损坏、支撑杆断裂等问题。主要针对支撑杆经常发生断裂的原因进行分析,总结几点结构性改进和优化措施,设计出一种具有随动伸缩和偏移功能的新型挠性支撑装置,有效地解决了双进双出钢球磨煤机支撑杆的断裂问题。The operation principal of double inlet and double outlet ball mill was introduced. These problems often occur such as the classiifer blocking, powder leaking, the spiral vane damaging, and the support rod fracturing during actual operation. The main reason of the support rod fracture was analyzed, and several structural improvement and optimization methods were introduced. A new lfexible support device has designed with the function that the stretch and offset was adjustable, which effectively solved the problem of support rod fracture of the double inlet and double outlet ball mill.
