摘  要:"90后"大学毕业生是近两年来进入劳动力市场的新生力量,针对这个群体的新员工岗前培训,在培训内容设计、培训实施等方面应该从"90后"大学毕业生的心理特征出发,尊重个性、适应人员需求。通过岗前培训引导"90后"大学毕业生正确地认识企业与岗位,增强培训效果,稳定企业员工队伍,减少人员流失成本。For the past two years, graduates born in 1990s have become the newly emerging force in the labor market. The pre-employment training for this group should start with their psychological characteristics in the training content design and the training implementation. And the training should value their personality and meet their demand. The graduates born in 1990s should be led to cognize the enterprises and the posts correctly by pre-employment training. That will be helpful to stabilize the staff of the enterprises and reduce the cost of staff loss.
