摘　　要：基于3G网络为基础的智能手机图书馆,让移动用户可以通过手机在任何地方随时随地以无线接入方式接受图书馆提供的各种信息,提出建设3G手机图书馆服务系统的设计思路。文章利用3G网络和手机图书馆构建了移动学习平台,并探讨了一些关键技术问题。Mobile library, based on 3G network, has allowed mobile users to accept the information provided by library in wireless access way. After analyzing the deficiency of existing mobile phone library, this paper put forward the design ideas of mobile phone library services system, and constructed mobile learning platform on the basis of 3G network and mobile library. Finally some key technical problems involved were discussed.
