摘 要:三相电动转辙机牵引的道岔,在道岔动作过程中道岔阻力变量(转换力)是道岔转换的主要数据参数,道岔阻力的变量是维护道岔的主要依据,直接测试道岔阻力参数很难实现。道岔在动作时,三相电动转辙机的转换功率的变化和道岔转换阻力成正比。TJWX-2006版信号集中监测,完成道岔功率的测试并画出功率曲线,根据电动转辙机输出功率,可以计算出道岔的转换阻力,电动转辙机输出功率曲线和道岔动作全过程的道岔阻力曲线形状一样,三相电动转辙机的输出功率的变量,就是道岔转换过程中阻力的变量。For the switch traction by three-phase electric switch machine, switch resistance variable ( transition force ) during the switch operating is the main data parameter of switch in transition, the switch resistance variable is the main basis of switch maintenance, and it is very difficult to realize direct measurement of switch resistance parameters. Changes of the transition power of three-phase electric switch machine is proportional to the switch resistance as switch operating. For tjwx-2006 signal centralized monitoring system, it can complete the switch power test and draw the power curve, and it can calculate the switch transition resistance based on the output power of the electric switch machine. The output power curve of the electric switch machine is the same with the switch resistance curve in the whole process of switch operating, and the output power variable of three-phase electric switch machine is the resistance variable as switch operating.
