上海地区造口治疗师工作体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨上海市造口治疗师的工作体验和需求.方法 采用现象学研究方法,于2012年11月至2013年9月对上海市9名造口治疗师进行深入访谈,采用归纳式代码和编码的方法对访谈资料进行分析.结果 造口治疗师的工作体验提炼为五大主题：责任与使命感,自豪感,成就感,无助感,满足感.开展造口专科护理工作初期,造口治疗师面临诸多困难,但强烈的责任与使命感坚定了她们的职业信念;造口专科护理工作促进了造口治疗师的成长,实现其自身价值.结论 医院管理者应重视她们在工作中遇到的难题,充分考虑并给予充足的资源投入,用于造口治疗师培养、工作及发展的各个环节,帮助她们快速地成长与发展.Objective To describe the work experience and needs of enterostomal therapist in Shanghai. Methods Phenomenological methodology was adopted in this study. In-depth interview was conducted on 9 enterostomal therapists. Data were analyzed by inductive codes and coding methods. Results Five themes were extracted,including responsibility and mission,pride, accomplishment, helplessness, and satis - faction.When they began their new jobs, they confronted many challenges, but they conquered them with respon- sibility and mission.Finally,they felt growing up and harvested a lot during this time. Conclusions Hospital managers should pay attention to problems they encountered in their work and provide necessary supports for their training, work and development.
