新型城镇化下的连锁经营发展研究

摘　　要：目前,我国的连锁经营发展存在城镇之间布局不均衡、业态不成熟、品牌缺失等不足。这有碍于连锁经营充分利用新型城镇化所带来的人力资源等优势。为此,应尽快调整其发展对策,科学制定进入战略,调整经营策略,完善物流配送系统,大力发展特许经营,实现兴利去弊的目标。At present, there are some deficiencies in the development of China＇s chain operation, such as the layout imbalance among different cities, immaturity of operation patterns and the lack of brands, etc., which greatly hinder the full utilization of advantages brought about by new-type urbanization such as those in human resources. Therefore, the author thinks that we should adjust the countermeasures for the development of chain operation as soon as possible, set entry strategy scientifically, adjust operation strategy, optimize logistics system and put more efforts into developing franchised operation so as to remove the deficiences and make the best use of the advantages.
