摘  要:为了研究艾叶多糖(AAP)的抗肿瘤作用,将艾叶多糖与肝癌细胞共孵育,采用MTT法测定肝癌细胞活力。常规提取小鼠脾细胞,将艾叶多糖与脾细胞共孵育,通过对L929靶细胞的杀伤力测定培养上清液中细胞因子TNF的活性,通过K562细胞测定脾细胞中NK细胞的杀伤力。结果显示艾叶多糖能明显抑制肝癌细胞的增殖,能明显提高TNF对靶细胞的活性(P<0.01),明显增强了NK细胞对靶细胞的杀伤力(P<0.01)。因此,艾叶多糖既具有直接的抗肿瘤细胞作用,同时又可以增强免疫系统的协同抗癌作用。To study the anti- tumor effect of Artemisia Argyi Polysaccharide (AAP),the polysaccharide was incubated with hepatoma ceils, and cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay. Spleen cells from mice were isolated and incubated with AAP. The TNF activity in the supernatants were evaluated by the cytotoxic effect of TNF on L929 target cells, and the killing effect of NK cells in the spleen cells was measured on the K562 target cells. The results showed that AAP could inhibit the proliferation of hepatoma cells, significantly improved the activity of TNF (P 〈0.01 ) ,and enhanced the killing effect of NK cells (P 〈0.01 ). Therefore, AAP has direct inhibition and synergistic cytotoxicity on tumor cells.
