摘　　要：长齿条由于尺寸太长而无法在通用设备上加工,通过对X6132型万能升降台铣床的附件——铣头、分度器的重新设计,使装有铣齿装置的X6132型铣床可同时加工几根齿条.实践证明,通过加装长齿条铣头和分度器附件铣削加工长齿条,方法合理实用.The length of the long rack is too long to be machined on common equipment.The milling long rack accessories（milling head,protractor） are designed to machine a few long racks at the same time on X6132 knee type milling machine.Practices prove that this way is reasonable and practical.
