摘 要:选取19a和91a杉木林为研究对象,设置对照(SR)、去除凋落物和根系(NO)、去除凋落物(NL)、去除根系(NR)、双倍凋落物(DL)5种处理进行为期3a的野外观测,以探讨凋落物和根系对杉木人工林土壤氮素的影响机制。结果发现:5种处理对NO3^--N含量影响不明显,对NH4^+-N影响因林龄和土层而异,DL和NR提高了19a杉木林表土层(0~10cm)NH4^+-N含量,但在矿质层(10~20cm),所有处理均显著降低了NH4^+-N含量;NO会降低杉木林DON含量,DL会促进19a杉木林DON含量增加;杉木林的DON含量总体随土层加深而增大,与DIN含量的变化趋势相反。表明凋落物和根系是土壤氮素的重要影响因素,其影响作用因氮素形态、林龄和土层而异。We choose 19 and 91 years of growth stages Chinese Fir Plantation, and introduce five treatments, including no control (SR), removal litter and root (NO), removal litter (NL),removal root (NR) and double litter ( DL), to determine effects of removal litter and root on soil nitrogen content. The result shows that NH4 ^+ -N content changes with different soil layers and ages inplantation stands for different treatments, but NO3^ --N content changes insignificantly. Both DL and NR treatments promote NH4 ^+ -N content in 0 - 10 cm soil layer, but significantly reduce NH4 ^+ -N con-tent in 10 - 20 cm soil layer. The NO treatment causes a decrease of DON content in the plantation, but DON content sees an increase under DL treatment. In general, DON content increases with soildepth, showing an opposite changing trend compared with DIN content. The study indicates that both litter and root are important factors of soil nitrogen, but the concrete influence way will changes withnitrogen form, forest age and soil layer.
