摘 要:目的:建立厚朴四君子汤颗粒的指纹图谱,为该制剂的质量控制提供实验基础。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以SHISEIDO Capcell park MC C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇(A)-0.1%(体积分数)磷酸(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长240nm;流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温30℃,建立厚朴四君子汤颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,并对色谱峰进行归属分析。结果:确定了24个共有峰,10批样品相似度均在0.9以上,其中20个色谱峰分别溯源到厚朴、人参、白术、茯苓和甘草五味药材,4个色谱峰可明确化学成分的归属。结论:该实验建立的HPLC指纹图谱体现了厚朴四君子汤颗粒的整体特征,能有效地对其质量进行评价。Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicines Houpo Sijun Decoction Granules and pro- vide experimental basis for the quality control. Methods : The analytical column was SHISEIDO Capcell park MC C18 (4. 6mm×250mm,5μm). Gradient elution was used with mobile phase consisting of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric. The detective wavelength was set at 240nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. Establish the characteristic mode of HPLC fingerprint and the correlativity between fingerprint peaks of Houpo Sijun Decoction Granules and its component herbs was analyzed. Results:The HPLC fingerprint consisted of 24 common peaks,among which 20 peaks were assigned by parallelcomparison with the fingerprints of Magnolia officinalis, Panax ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, Poria cocos, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and 4 peaks were identified by comparison with the chemical reference substances. Conclusion.. The established HPLC fingerprint reflects the general character of Houpo Sijun Decoction Granules. It can be used as a quality control method for Houpo Sijun Decoction Granules.
