摘　　要：当前高职院校面临着越来越开放的教育市场和办学环境,能否提高其自身的核心竞争力、赢得竞争优势,直接关系到高职院校自身的生存和发展。依据国内外相关研究成果,参考高职高专人才培养质量评价指标,确定了高职院校核心竞争力指标,通过模糊综合评价法和层次分析法构建其核心竞争力的多层次评价指标体系和通用评价模型,分析评价了各高职院校在竞争中的优势和劣势,旨在提出高职院校核心竞争力的提升对策。With the widening opening of the education market and education environment, whether higher vocational colleges can grasp the opportunity to upgrade their own core competitive ability and win the competitive advantages is directly related to their survival and development. Based on the existing research results and reference at home and abroad for The Talents Cultivation Quality Evaluation Index for Higher Technical and Vocational Institutions, it determines the indices of the core competitive power of higher vocational colleges and further constructs the multi-level evaluation index system of the core competitive power of higher vocational colleges through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process, and at the same time, builds the general model of the core competitive power＇s evaluation of higher vocational colleges, analyzes and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of each vocational countermeasures for colleges to improve their core colleges in the competition, and comes up with competitive power.
