农业院校毕业生服务新农村建设的机制探析

摘　　要：如何使农业院校的毕业生更好地服务三农?怎么利用农业高校的特色更好地培育适合农业发展需要的农业信息类人才?这是新农村建设和农业高校的重要话题。农业院校毕业生应转变观念主动投身更能实现自身价值的农村基层,政府应为大学生就业市场提供更合理规范的环境,高校应相应改革课程体系以加强学生的实践能力和就业技能,培养适应信息时代的应用型、复合型的农业人才,共同为更好地服务新农村建设、缓解当今社会就业矛盾提供重要力量。How to train graduates to serve agriculture,rural areas and farmers better？ How to take advantage of Agriculture Universities to cultivate talents majoring in agricultural information for meeting the demands of agricultural development？ What has been mentioned above has become an important topic in the new rural construction in agricultural universities. Graduates from Agricultural universities should change their ideas by actively getting involved in more rural grsssrcots where they can realize their own values.The government should provide more reasonable regulations for graduates＇ employment.And the curriculum system in universities should be correspondingly reformed to strengthen the students＇ abilities in doing practice and enhance their skills for employment. The practice- oriented multi - talents in agriculture who adapt to the information age are supposed to be fostered to serve the new rural construction and to ease the tensions in employment nowadays in China.
