摘　　要：要保证气烧石灰竖窑窑况稳定顺行、煅烧优质冶金石灰,须正确识别各种导致窑况异常波动的原因,并及时采取措施处理各种窑况异常现象,尽量避免和减少工艺事故的发生。To ensure stable and safe running of gas combustion vertical lime kiln and the production of high quality lime ,the causes of abnormal fluctuations in furnace condition must be identified and measures must be taken in time to minimize the risk of accident .
