摘　　要：高职院校是为社会培养高素质高技能应用型人才的主阵地,近年来,适应现代社会发展需要的就业观教育在高职院校中逐步开展,在目前就业形势严峻的情况下,学校应加强就业观教育,引导高职生树立正确的就业观,更好地帮助其走出就业困境,为中国特色社会主义事业贡献力量。Higher Vocational College is the main position cultivating high - quality and highly skilled applied talents for the society, in recent years, the employment view education adapt to the needs of modem social development is carried out step by step in higher vocational colleges. Under the current grim employment situation, schools should strengthen the employment education, guide the students to establish a correct concept of employment, and help them walk out of employment difficulties, so as to contribute to socialist career with Chinese characteristics.
