高校教师践行立德树人应注意三个基本问题

摘　　要："立德树人"作为教育的根本任务,为高校教师教育教学工作提供了明确的规定要求和目标准则。高校教师唯有要牢固树立"立德树人"理念,自觉承担立德树人重任,履行好教书育人的天职;牢固树立对大学生的人文关怀,始终坚持以学生为本,真正做好学生的引路人;注重发挥自身榜样的作用,真正做到为人师表,行为世范,方能更好地践行好立德树人。As the basic task of education, Fostering Morality and Cultivating the Students makes definite requirements and goal maxims for university teachers＇ education and teaching. The universities and colleges could practise Fostering Morality and Cultivating the Students well by carrying out the following; teachers firmly establish the philosophy of the morality construction of the faculty, undertake the？heavy responsibility and perform the duties of ？imparting knowledge and educate people; teachers show human care for students, stick to the student-oriented principle and really act as the students＇ guide; teachers play a role of examples, really learn to be an excellent teacher and act as an exemplary person.
