摘　　要：目的:在经典的formalin诱导的条件位置回避模型的基础上,结合本实验室条件探索一种新的痛情绪测量。方法:完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)诱导的条件性位置回避。方法:雄性SD大鼠左侧足底皮下注射完全弗氏佐剂,建立条件性位置回避(CPA)模型。结果:SD大鼠足底皮下注射CFA会引起持续的炎性疼痛,可以产生稳定的条件性位置回避。足底注射生理盐水(NS)组和空白对照(naive)组不能产生条件性位置回避。结论:CFA诱导的CPA模型可以作为痛情绪量化的一种方法。To explore a new method for measuring pain mood：Complete Freund’s adjuvant（CFA）-induced CPA model to measure affective dimension of pain,based on the classical formalin of conditioned place avoidance （F-CPA）model and our laboratory conditions.Method：The male Sprague-Dawley（SD）rats’left hind paw were given hypodermic injection the CFA,successfully established CFA induced CPA model in rat.Result：Compared with the injection of normal saline（NS）group and blank control group,intra-plantar injection of CFA induced persistence inflammatory pain and stabile CPA.Conclusion：CFA-induced CPA model in rat can be a method of reflecting pain-related negative emotion.
