摘 要:目的:了解雄激素受体(AR)在雄性激素源性脱发(AGA)患者顶部表皮、毛囊、皮脂腺、汗腺中的表达情况。方法:选取26例雄性激素源性脱发患者顶部、枕部以及10例非脱发者的顶部头皮标本,用免疫组织化学检测表皮、毛囊、皮脂腺、汗腺中AR的表达。结果:脱发患者头顶部毛囊、皮脂腺、汗腺AR表达均明显强于枕部和非脱发者枕部,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);脱发患者枕部毛囊、皮脂腺、汗腺AR表达与非脱发者顶部AR表达比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);所有标本表皮中AR均为阴性。结论:AR在AGA患者头顶部毛囊、皮脂腺、汗腺的高表达,可能是AGA重要原因之一。To investigate AR expression in the top of epidermis,hair follicle and sebaceous gland, sudoriferous gland.Method:The top and the occipital scalp of AGA patients(n=26)and the top scalp of non-alopecia people(n=10)as specimens were obtained,and AR expressions in the epidermis,hair follicle and sebaceous gland, sudoriferous gland were studied by immunohistochemistry method.Result:AR expressions of hair follicle,sebaceous gland,sudoriferous gland on the top of AGA patients were stronger than the occipital of AGA patients and the top of non-alopecia(P〈0.05);AR expressions of hair follicle,sebaceous gland,sudoriferous gland in the occipital of AGA patients had no significant difference with the top of non-alopecia(P〉0.05). All samples were negative for AR in epidermis. Conclusion:AR expressions on the top of hair follicle and sebaceous gland,sudoriferous gland in AGA patients may be one of the key factors leading to AGA.
