摘　　要：目的:探讨壳聚糖-磷酸三钙复合材料(CTCP)支架在修复骨缺损中的作用。方法:手术制造双侧兔颌骨缺损,右侧植入支架为实验侧,左侧空白为对照。术后6周取材,通过大体、X线和组织学观察来研究骨修复情况。结果:实验侧成骨程度更高。结论:壳聚糖-磷酸三钙复合材料支架具有促进骨修复的作用。Objective：To determine whether the chitosan/tricalcium phosphate（CTCP） scaffold can repair mandibular defect of rabbits. Method：CTCP scaffolds were implanted into one side artificial defect of rabbit mandibular,the other side defect was left unrepaired. Six weeks later,the new bone regeneration in the defects was investigated by macroscopic observation,X-ray and histologic examination. Result：The experimental sides present better reconstruction. Conclusion：CTCP scaffold can serve bone regeneration in mandibular defects.
