摘　　要：目的:探讨高等城市社区护理服务内容。方法:对在笔者所在省2所高等城市社区卫生服务中心,4所社区服务中心站,采用目的抽样方法进行研究,分析高等城市社区服务内容,具体包括疾病护理、预防、保健、家庭护理、计划生育等。结果:高等城市社区护理服务内容较多,其工作量也比较大,但是社区服务中没有突出护理特色。社区护士从事的社区护理服务内容前2位是疾病护理(94.1%)和健康教育(88.6%)。结论:高等城市社区护士内容比较多,但是社区服务中并没有彰显特色,社区应该采取措施提高护士素质,扩展社区护理服务内容。Objective：To investigate the higher city community nursing service content.Method：In our province 2 higher city community health service centers,4 community service center,the purposive sampling method,analysis of higher city community service content,specific include nursing,prevention, health care,home care,family planning.Result：The higher the service content of city community care more,the workload was relatively large,however did not high light the characteristics of nursingservice in community.Community nursing service content of community nursesin the top 2 disease nursing（94.1%） and health education（88.6%）.Conclusion：Community nurses the city more content,but does not show the characteristics of community services,communityshould take measures to improve nursing quality,expanding communitynursing service content.
