摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对小榄地区已婚育龄妇女乳腺癌术后性生活影响。方法:对86例绝经前已婚乳腺癌患者术后6个月时进行调查问卷,调查手术前后的性生活频率、性生活满意度、术后心理状况,比较手术前后患者性生活质量的差异。结果:患者术后性生活频率低于术前,术后性生活质量低于术前,术后心理状况差于术前(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者术后普遍存在性生活障碍,有针对性的进行护理干预,提高其对疾病的认识,帮助其树立正确的性观念,可促进乳腺癌患者术后性生活的和谐,提高生活质量。Objective：To study impact of nursing intervention on postoperative sexual life of married women of childbearing age with breast cancer in Xiaolan area.Method：86 cases of premenopausal women married in breast cancer patients after 6 months of questionnaire investigation on psychological status before and after the operation,the frequency of sexual life,sexual satisfaction,postoperative were investigated,the differenceof quality of life in patients with before and afteroperation was compared.Result：Patients with postoperative sexual life frequencylower than that before operation,lower quality of life after surgery, postoperative psychological statusdifference in preoperative（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Sexual disorder postoperatively in patients with breast cancer is common. Targeted nursing intervention can improve the understanding of disease and help them set up correct concept of sex,and then can promote the harmony of postoperative sexual life breast cancer patients,improve the quality of life.
