摘　　要：目的:观察CO2激光联合膦甲酸钠对复发性尖锐湿疣患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的30例复发性尖锐湿疣的患者设为观察组,选取同期健康体检者30例设为对照组。观察组给予CO2激光联合膦甲酸钠治疗,对照组体检者不做任何特殊处理。使用ELISA方法对两组患者血清水平进行检查,对比观察组患者接受治疗前、接受治疗后的血清IL-4以及IFN-γ水平。结果:观察组患者接受治疗前血清IL-4水平明显高于对照组,IFN-γ水平明显低于对照组;观察组患者接受治疗后血清IL-4水平明显低于接受治疗前,IFN-γ水平明显高于接受治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CO2激光联合膦甲酸钠方案可增强Th1介导细胞免疫,抑制Th2介导体液免疫,平衡血清Th1/Th2细胞因子促进人乳头瘤病毒的清除,对于防止复发性尖锐湿疣复发有重要价值,值得临床关注与重视。Objective：To observe the effect of CO2 laser combined with Foscarnet Sodium on serum levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines in patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum.Method：30 cases of condyloma acuminatum recurrent were selected in author’s hospital as the observation group,30 cases of healthy people were selected as control group.The observation group was given the CO2 laser with Foscarnet Sodium therapy and the control group medical don’t any special treatment. Using ELISA method inspection on serum levels of two groups of patients,the contrast observation group of patients before treatment and after treatment serum IL-4 and IFN-γlevels.Result：The observation group of patients before treatment was significantly higher than the control group, serum levels of IL-4,IFN-γlevels significantly lower than the control group. Observation group of patients after treatment was significantly lower than the level of serum IL-4 before treatment,IFN-γlevel was significantly higher than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：CO2 laser combined with Foscarnet Sodium can enhance Th1 mediated and inhibition of Th2 mediated cellular immune,humoral immune,serum Th1/Th2 cytokines balance accelerate the clearance of HPV,to prevent the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum recurrence has important value,is worthy of attention and attention.
