摘　　要：目的分析高龄孕妇妊娠期合并症、并发症及对母亲和新生儿的影响,增强对高龄妊娠的重视。方法对笔者所在医院477例高龄孕妇与同期适龄孕妇就合并症、巨大儿、早产及低出生体重发生率、剖宫产的情况进行分析。结果高龄孕妇的发生率基本稳定,但妊娠剖宫产率、合发症发生率、早产的发生率、巨大儿、低出生体重儿的发生率等都明显高于适龄孕妇。结论对高龄妊娠产妇应加强产前检查及产程中的监护,避免危险因素的发生。Objective To analyze pregnancy complications of senile pregnant women and its influence on safety of mother and infant so as to enhance the concern of senile pregnancy .Methods 477 cases of senile women were selected and compared with other pregnant women of right age in the same period in terms of pregnant complications ,the incidence of macrosomia ,pre-mature birth and low birth weight and cesarean section .Results Senile pregnant rate is basically stable ,but the incidence rate of pregnancy cesarean section ,complications,preterm birth,macrosomia,and low birth weight were significantly higher than the other pregnant women of right age .Conclusion Monitoring of antenatal examination and attendance in birth process should be strengthened in senile pregnancy so as to avoid the occurrence of the risk factors .
