摘　　要：温州金融综合改革实施近两年来,相继成立一系列民间融资机构,如小额贷款公司、民间借贷服务中心、民间资本管理公司等,某种程度上缓解了企业融资难融资贵问题,但也出现了成交率低、机制不完善等问题,文章以温州民间借贷服务中心为例,从功能制度安排、业务创新拓展、利率定价模式创新以及盈利模式等方面,来探讨民间融资机构的发展思考。Comprehensive implementation of financial reform in Wenzhou last two years, have set up a series of private financing institutions, such as small loan companies, private lending service center, private capital management companies, to some extent alleviate the financing difficulties of financing your business problems, but there have been traded is low, the mechanism imperfect, articles Wenzhou private lending service center, for example, from a functional institutional arrangements, business innovation development, interest rate pricing model innovation and profit model, etc., to explore the development of private financing institutions thinking.
