气肿性肾盂肾炎一例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：气肿性肾盂肾炎是一种以肾实质感染坏死、积气为主要特征的危及生命的急性感染性疾病。该病临床少见,好发于糖尿病患者,病情凶险,缺乏特异性临床症状,易误诊、漏诊。本文报道1例初始诊断为急性肠炎的气肿性肾盂肾炎患者,分析其延误诊断的原因;并对气肿性肾盂肾炎的发病机制、临床症状、实验室检查、影像学CT检查结果结合相关文献进行探讨,以指导临床对于气肿性肾盂肾炎的早期诊断和治疗。Emphysematous pyelonephritis（EPN）,a life-threatening acute infectious disease with necrotizing infection of the renal parenchyma and pneumatosis as its main feature,is rare,severe and lack of specific symptoms and is easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis in patients with diabetes.This paper reports 1 case misdiagnosed as acute enteritis and analyzes its misdiagnosis reasons,and explores the pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,laboratory tests,CT results of EPN,to provide basis for its early diagnosis and treatment.
