摘 要:随着肌骨超声的开展及超声医师对肌骨疾病诊断水平的提高,高频超声检查在肌骨领域的应用越来越广泛。高频超声可以良好地显示胸背部肌肉、肌腱、神经、韧带和关节的解剖位置及相关疾病,且高频超声检查具有非侵入性、低成本、无电离辐射、功能状态下实时性检查等优点。因此,高频超声检查在胸背部肌骨疾病的影像诊断方面有重要的临床应用价值。With the development of musculoskeletal ultrasound and the continuous improvement of the diagnosis level of musculoskeletal diseases,high-frequency ultrasound has become more and more widely applied in musculoskeletal examination.High-frequency ultrasound can display the anatomical location and diseases of the muscles,tendons,nerves,ligaments and joints and related diseases in the chest and back,in addition,the high frequency ultrasound is featured with the advantages of non-invasive,low cost,without ionizing radiation,real-time inspection of functional state,etc.So the high frequency ultrasound has an important clinical value in imaging diagnosis of the thoracodorsal musculoskeletal diseases.
