摘　　要：腹腔镜手术相对于开腹手术而言,因其特有的精准,小切口,更轻的术后疼痛,更短的住院时间及更快的术后恢复已被广泛接受。随着该技术在妇科领域的普遍应用,手术并发症也相应增多,包括盆腹腔脏器损伤、感染并发症,气体栓塞等,有些并发症经简单处理即可恢复,但有的并发症可危及患者生命,并需要行开腹手术处理,严重影响患者的预后及生活质量。该文就腹腔镜手术常见及严重的并发症予以总结,帮助手术医师提高对腹腔镜手术并发症的认识,增加预防并发症的意识从而减少其发生。Laparoscopic surgery compared to open surgery,with its unique features of precision,small incision,less postoperative pain,shorter hospital stay and faster postoperative recovery has been widely accepted.With the extensive application of the technology in the field of gynecology,the surgical complications also increase accordingly,including pelvic organ injury,infectious complications,gas embolism ; some complications can be treated with a simple treatment,but some complications can endanger lives of patients,and need open surgical treatment,which may affect patients＇ prognosis and quality of life seriously.llere is to make a summary of the common and serious laparoscopic surgery complications to help the surgeons to improve the understanding of the complications of laparoscopic surgery and increase the awareness of the prevention of complications,thus to reduce the occurrence.
