早期应用普瑞巴林对急性带状疱疹神经痛转归的影响

摘　　要：目的观察普瑞巴林对急性带状疱疹患者神经痛(PHN)转归的影响。方法将2011年2月至2012年7月江苏省中医院收治的40例急性PHN患者依据随机、双盲的方法分为两组:观察组(20例)采用普瑞巴林、曲马多、甲钴胺治疗,对照组(20例)采用曲马多、甲钴胺治疗,观察两组患者治疗后1周、1个月、3个月的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)以及治疗后3个月抽痛、PHN的发生率。结果治疗后两组患者的VAS评分均呈下降趋势,观察组治疗后1、3个月VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抽痛发生率和PHN的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期应用普瑞巴林治疗PHN可以有效提高PHN的治疗效果,减少PHN的发生率。Objective To observe the influence of pregabalin on prognosis of acute herpes zoster neuralgia.Methods A total of 40 patients with acute herpes zoster neuralgia admitted to Jiangsu Province TCM Hospital from Feb.2011 to Jul.2012 were divided into two groups according to the random and double-blind principle：observation group（20 cases） treated with pregabalin,tramadol and mecobalamin ; and control group （20 cases） treated with tamadol and mecobalamin.The VAS score of two groups were obtained at 1 w,1 m and 3 m after treatment.The incidence of throbbing and PHN after 3 m treatment were observed.Results After treatment,VAS scores of both groups showed decline trend,and the VAS score after 1 m and 3 m treatmeat of the observation group were lower than the control group,with statistically significantly difference （P 〈 0.05）;both the throbbing incidence and PHN incidence of the observation group were lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Early application of pregabalin as treatment for acute herpes zoster neuralgia can improve the effect and decrease the incidence of throbbing and PHN.
