摘 要:目的 探究并分析综合性ICL院内感染细菌的分布情况及合理使用抗生素前后多重耐药菌变化情况.方法 收集自2012年8月至2013年8月邯郸市第一医院2个ICL病房存在的菌株125株,并进行细菌培养及菌株鉴定,将其中菌株数比重最多的两种菌株作为研究对象,采用几种临床常见抗生素对其进行病原微生物耐药性检查.结果 125株病原菌中以铜绿假单胞菌最多,为43株(34.4%),其次为大肠埃希菌为25株(20%).铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌对不同抗生素类药的耐药率从2%~ 100%不等,且两种病原菌对同一种抗生素药物的耐药性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌在ICL感染病菌中较为常见,两种细菌对几种常用的抗生素均具有一定的耐药性,应用抗生素治疗前应先了解该菌的耐药性情况.Objective To investigate and analyze the distribution of nosocomial infection bacteria in comprehensive ICL and the multi-drug resistant bacteria changes before and after the rational use of antibiotics.Methods A total of 125 strains of bacteria from two ICL of Handan First Hospital were collected during Aug.2012 and Aug.2013,and bacterial culture and strain identification was done,and two types of strains with the top two proportion were set as the research objects,and several clinical common antibiotics were used for the pathogens drug-resistance inspection.Results Among the 125 strains,Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria accounted for the largest proportion with 43 strains(34.4%),followed by Escherichia coli with 25 strains(20%).The antibiotic resistance rates of of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli ranged from 2% to 100%,and the resistance to the same antibiotic of two types of pathogens were all statistically significantly different(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli bacteria are common bacteria of the ICL infection,and both of the two bacteria have certain resistance to the common antibiotics,which should be understood before the application of antibiotics.
