摘　　要：Th9细胞是最新发现的一种新的CD4+T细胞亚群,其分化和增殖明显不同于目前已知的各型CD4+T细胞,Th9细胞由白细胞介素4(IL-4)和转化生长因子β共同诱导产生,成熟细胞可以分泌两种细胞因子——IL-9和IL-10,同时以不同的方式参与不同的免疫过程,通过c-Jun激酶/信号转导及转录激活子通路的信号通路调节机体脂代谢、饮食等,其能够有效抑制肥胖的产生,在免疫耐受和自身免疫中发挥作用。Th9 cell is a new CD4^＋T cell subset discovered recently, its differentiation and proliferation are significantly different from other known various types of CD4^＋ T cells. Th9 cells are induced by IL-4 and TGF-β,and the mature Th9 can secrete IL-9 and IL-10 cytokines. Th9 cells are involved in different immune processes in different ways, regulating the metabolism of fat, diet, through c-Jun N-terminal kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription pathwaythus it can effectively suppress obesity, and play an important role in immune tolerance and autoimmunity.
