摘　　要：近年来,随着2型糖尿病及其大血管并发症发病率的增加,对预测因子的研究成为当今研究的热点。脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)是一种炎性细胞来源的磷脂酶类,能水解致炎因子(如血小板活化因子及结构)相关的氧化磷脂,产生溶血卵磷脂及非酯化脂肪酸;几丁质酶3样蛋白1(YKL-40)有促进炎症的生物功能,可以通过促进血管内皮细胞趋化、黏附、扩散和迁移导致内皮功能障碍,两者都与2型糖尿病及其大血管并发症相关,被作为动脉硬化治疗的一个新靶点而受到广泛关注。In recent years,with the increase of the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） and its vascular complications, research on the predictors become a research hotspot. Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 （Lp-PLA2 ） is an inflammatory cell-derived phospholipid enzymes ,which can hydrolyze inflammatory factors （such as platelet activation factor and structure） related oxidized phospholipids,generating lysolecithin and the non-esterificated fatty acids. Chitinase 3-like protein 1 （ YKL-40 ） may promote inflammation, and can result in endothelial dysfunction through promoting vascular endothelial＇ cell chemotaxis, adhesion, diffusion and migration. They are both associated with T2DM and its macrovaseuiar complications, and will draw wide attention as a new target for the treatment of atherosclerosis.
