UF-100尿沉渣分析仪和干化学法测定尿中白细胞和红细胞比较

摘　　要：目的探讨UF-100尿沉渣分析仪和干化学法测定尿液中白细胞和红细胞的价值,以期提高临床诊断水平。方法选取2011年2月至2013年2月沧州市盐山县人民医院350例患者的尿液标本,予以UF-100尿沉渣分析仪、干化学法和显微镜检查,比较检出白细胞和红细胞的情况。结果显微镜检法分析350例样本中红细胞阳性102例,白细胞阳性97例;UF-100尿沉渣分析仪法检出红细胞阳性135例,白细胞阳性116例;红细胞漏诊率为0.86%,白细胞漏诊率为1.14%;干化学法红细胞阳性113例,白细胞阳性106例,红细胞漏诊率为3.71%,白细胞漏诊率为5.43%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UF-100尿沉渣分析仪及干化学法在测定红细胞和白细胞上存在差异且均有漏诊的可能,但是UF-100分析仪法的漏诊率显著低于干化学法。Objective To investigate the value of UF-100 urine analyzer and urine dry chemistry method for the determination of leukocytes and erythrocytes,in order to improve the clinical diagnosis level. Methods A total of 350 cases of urine samples from Cangzhou City Yanshan County People＇s Hospital were selected during Feb. 2011 and Feb. 2013 for the study,UF-100 urine analyzer,dry chemical method,and conventional optical microsco- py were used to detect leukocytes and erythrocytes, and the examination results were compared. Results Among the 350 samples,by microscopy there were 102 cases of erythrocytes positive and 97 cases of leukocytes positive;by UF-100 urine analyzer, there were 135 eases of erythrocytes positive, 116 eases of leukocytes Positive, erythrocytes missed diagnosis rate was 0.86%, leukocytes missed diagnosis rate was 1.14% ;by dry chemical method,there were 113 cases of erythrocyte positiveand 106 cases of leukocytes positive, erythrocytes misdiagnosis rate was 3.71% ,leukocyte misdiagnosis rate was 5.43%. The differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclu- sion Both of UF-100 urine analyzer and dry chemical method may have missed diagnosis of erythrocytes and leukocytes, while the missed diagnosis rate of UF-100 is lower than dry chemical method.
