缬沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗高血压伴高血脂的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗高血压伴高血脂的临床观察。方法将2012年2月至2013年3月入住保定市第二医院心内科的96例高血压伴高血脂患者,采用随机数字表法分为缬沙坦联合辛伐他汀组和氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片组,每组各48例。观察组口服缬沙坦80 mg/d,辛伐他汀20 mg/d;对照组口服氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片1片/d。服用3个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的血压、血脂水平的变化情况及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组收缩压和舒张压显著低于对照组[(125.7±11.5)mm Hg vs(141.4±12.5)mm Hg和(72.5±10.5)mm Hg vs(88.5±10.2)mm Hg,P<0.05]。治疗后观察组胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著低于对照组[(4.83±0.72)mmol/L vs(5.79±0.74)mmol/L,(2.03±0.68)mmol/L vs(2.36±0.64)mmol/L,(3.06±0.92)mmol/L vs(3.23±0.93)mmol/L,P<0.05],高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著高于对照组[(1.23±0.22)mmol/L vs(1.12±0.24)mmol/L,P<0.05]两组均未见明显不良反应。结论缬沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗高血压伴高血脂疗效较好,不良反应较低,有积极的临床意义。Objective To study the clinical effect of valsartan with simvastatin therapy for hypertension with byperlipidemia. Methods In Feb. 2012-Mar. 2013 in cardiology department of Baoding Second Hospital,96 patients with hypertension with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided according to random-number table method into two groups： simvastatin and valsartan group （ observation ）, and amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets group（control） ,48 patients in each group. The observation group were treated with oral administration of valsartan 80 rag/d, simvastatin 20 mg/d ,whiel the control group with oral administration of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets 1 pill/d After 3 months the change of blood pressure, blood lipid levels and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group[ （125.7 ±11.5） mmHgvs （141.4±12.5） mmHg,（72.5±10.5） vs （88.5 ± 10.2）, P 〈 0.05 ] ; the cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein levels of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group[ （4.83 ±0.72） mmol/L vs （5.79 ±0.74） mmol/L, （2.03 ± 0.68） mmol/L vs （2.36 ± 0.64 ） mmol/L, （ 3.06 ± 0.92） vs （3.23 ± 0. 93 ） ,P 〈 0.05 ], high-density lip- oprotein level was higher than the control group [ （ 1.23 ± 0.22 ） mmol/L vs （ 1.12 ± 0.24 ） mmol/L, P 〈 0.05 ]. No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion Valsartan combined with simvastatin treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia has good curative effect, low toxie and side effect, thus has positive clinical significance.
