摘 要:传统的涤纶织物碱减量和染色都是在两浴条件下进行,不仅浪费能源,而且工艺繁琐。为此,选用耐碱性分散染料对涤纶织物按照3种染色工艺流程进行碱减量和染色一浴法试验,探讨了加入促进剂对减量效果的影响。结果表明:工艺流程2适合碱减量和染色一步法,染色织物的牢度在4级以上,重现性达到4~5级;染色过程中加入促进剂可提高减量效果,减少了烧碱的使用,实现了节能环保。The traditional process of alkali peeling and dyeing was carried out in two bath process, which is not only waste of energy but also complicated. According to three kinds of dyeing processes, polyester fabric alkali peeling and dyeing with alkaline stable disperse dye were tested in one-bath process, and the influence on alkali peeling through adding accelerator was discussed. The result shows that process 2 is suitable for alkali peeling and dyeing, the color fastness of the dyed fabrics reaches 4 scale or above, reproducibility reaches 4~5 scale. The effect of alkali peeling can be improved by adding accelerator, the use of caustic soda is reduced and realize eco-environmental.
