摘 要:从智能交通系统的基本理论着手,介绍了将图像处理技术应用到智能交通系统的基本思路,并详细阐述了整个系统的算法设计。主要优势是对帧间差分法进行了改进优化,即改进的基于边缘信息的邻域帧间差分法,使得改进后的算法可以实时进行运动车辆检测,然后通过设置虚拟线来对车辆的参数进行间接的检测,最后通过LED提示行人和车辆。经实验验证改进后的算法简单方便且性能良好,能够准确的检测出运动车辆,增强了系统的可靠性。From the basic theory of intelligent transportation systems, introduces the application of image processing technology to the basic idea of intelligent transportation systems and elaborated algorithm design of the entire system. The main advantage of the inter-frame difference method is improved optimization that improved inter-frame difference method based on neighborhood edge information, making the improved algorithm can detect moving vehicles in real time, and then to set the parameters of the vehicle by an imaginary line indirect detection,and finally through LED prompts pedestrians and vehicles. The experiments demonstrate the improved algorithm is simple and convenient and good performance, can accurately detect moving vehicles, and enhance the reliability of the system.
