半导体激光联合3M伤口保护膜治疗老年人失禁性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察半导体激光联合3M伤口保护膜治疗老年人失禁性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:随机将49例患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用生理盐水清洗创面后进行半导体激光局部照射再使用3M伤口保护膜涂抹患处。对照组在生理盐水清洗创面后只使用3M伤口保护膜涂抹患处。结果:两组在治愈率及总有效率有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:半导体激光治疗老年人失禁性皮炎有明显疗效,它能促进老年人失禁性皮炎的恢复。Objective： Observing the curative effect of semiconductor laser combined with 3M wound protective film in the treatment of elderly incontinent dermatitis. Method： 49 patients were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. The wound surface of patient in the treatment group was rinsed with normal saline, treated with semiconductor laser, and then covered with 3M wound protective film. While, in the control group,wound was only applied with normal saline rinsing and 3M wound protective film covering. Result：The recovery rate and total effective rate showed a significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion： semiconductor laser is effective in the treatment of elderly incontinent dermatitis, and could help patient rehabilitate.
