In order to analyze the method of positioned testing, the interception of the Eucommia ulmo precipitation redistribution in Eucommia ulmoides plantation, using the author made a study on the precipitation, throughfall, stemflow and /des plantation in Wulingshan District in 2012. The results demonstrated that throughfall, stemflow and interception accounted for 80.98%, 17.92% and 1.10% of the precipitation, respectively. The results also showed a clear linear relationship between the throughfall and the precipitation, the same to the relationship between the interception and the precipitation. However, there was an exponential relationship between the stemflow and the precipitation, and the stemflow rate presented significant negative correlation with the precipitation (r=-0.384, N=141, P〈0.01). In addition, the results indicated that, under different phenological stages, the average precipitation decreased observing the sequence of dormancy stage, germination stage, abscission stage, and growing stage. While the stemflow rate fell according to the sequence of abscission stage, dormancy stage, germination stage, and growing stage. Both of the minimum value of stemflow and throughfall occurred at the growing stage. It could be seen that redistribution was different under different phenological stages in spite of the same precipitation. In conclusion, the phenological stage played an important role in precipitation redistribution.
