摘 要:研究考特樱桃根际微生物数量的动态变化。采用稀释平板法和最大或然数法对8年生考特樱桃根际微生物数量的年动态变化进行研究。考特樱桃根际微生物数量与其年生长发育呈正相关。根际微生物数量由萌芽期开始上升,在旺盛期达到峰值,之后有所下降的趋势。根际微生物数量比同时期的非根际要高。不同生育期根际微生物类群结构不同,坐果期根际微生物类群结构最丰富,落叶期最少。The aim was to know the dynamic of rhizosphere microbial quantity on colt cherry. Using dilute plate counting method and most probable number method, the studied on annual growth period of colt cherry. The results dynamic of rhizosphere microbial quantity was showed that: there was a positive correlation between the rhizosphere microbal quantity and annual growth stages of colt cherry. Rhizosphere microbial quantity began to rise at germination phase and quickly reached its peak at fruiting, seedling or flowering phase, but decreased slightly later. Microbial quantity in rhizosphere was higher than that of corresponding control except certain periods. The population structure of rhizosphere microbial varied with growth stages, which was the richest at the seedling phase and the smallest at the defoliation phase.
