摘  要:为解决百合母籽繁殖方法单一、品质退化的问题,以兰州百合为试验材料,研究了不同消毒方法对百合鳞瓣腐烂率的影响,不同气培厚度及不同鳞瓣部位对小鳞茎繁殖的影响。结果表明:0.1%的高锰酸钾浸泡10 min,气培15天后鳞瓣的腐烂率最低为21.25%,比对照低51.42%;用该消毒方法处理百合鳞瓣,60天后,外瓣4.0 cm处理的繁殖系数最高,为2.41,但是外瓣较内瓣易腐烂。百合气培繁育小鳞茎,外瓣较内瓣适宜气培,气培厚度与繁殖系数成反比。In order to solve the problem of breeding method single and quality degradation of Lily' s mother seed. With Lilium davidii var. unicolor Cotton as the experimental material, studied on the effects of disinfected treatments on the rot rates of scale, and the effects of different thickness and position of scale on aerial cultivate bulbs. Results showed, with 0.1% potassium permanganate soak scale about 10 min, the rot rates was the lowest, which was 21.25% and was lower than CK after 15 days; with the best disinfected treatment treat lily scale, after 60 days, the reproduction coefficient of treatment, the thickness of outer flap was 4.0 cm, was 2.41 and was the highest in all, but outer flap was easy perishable than inter flap. Aerial cultivate bulbs on lily, outer flap was more suitable than inter flap, propagation coefficient was inversely proportional to the thickness of aerial.
