中国家庭联产承包责任制下的农业生产效率研究

摘　　要：以中国家庭联产承包责任制下的农业生产效率为研究对象。运用数据包络分析法,对1995—2009年中国农业生产效率进行了系统测度。分别分析和评价了中国农业生产综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率。研究表明:规模效率对中国小农户农业生产效率影响较大,而传统的以家庭为单位的小农户生产方式限制了规模效率的提高。所以国家应该在此基础上完善中国土地经营制度,鼓励农户规模经营,提高中国农业生产效率。The object of this research was the efficiency of agricultural production under the household contract responsibility system in China. The data agricultural production in China from 1995 efficiency and scale efficiency were analyzed envelopment analysis was used to evaluate the efficiency of to 2009. Agricultural production efficiency and pure technical in this research. The study showed that the scale efficiency had a greater impact on agricultural productivity of small farmers in China, and traditional small farmer＇ s production methods which were made up of the family unit limited the efficiency of scale.
