摘　　要：度假区开发是近年来国内外度假旅游研究领域的热点问题。采用文献资料与逻辑分析等方法系统回顾国内外的度假区开发研究成果,国外相关研究在度假区开发生命周期理论、滨海度假区开发等方面取得了一系列有价值成果;国内侧重于度假区开发的宏观规划研究、个案定性研究等,存在的问题是基础理论研究缺乏、学科背景及研究方法单一等问题;展望未来研究可从度假区开发理论体系、大规模实证研究、多学科综合研究、开发主体及制度创新等几个方面来开展。In recent years, the development of resort vacation at home and abroad was a hot issue in the field of tourism research. By using the methods of literature material and logic analysis system review resort development research results both at home and abroad, and foreign related research development in the resort development life cycle theory, the coastal resort development, foreign scholars have made a series of valuable results. Domestic scholars focus on the macro-resort development planning research, qualitative case research and so on. The problem was the lack of basic theoretical research, academic background and research method of the single. Looking to the future, the researchers may carry out the resort development theoretical system, large-scale empirical research, multidisciplinary research, development entities and institutional innovation and other aspects.
