自交系冀161对玉米雄性不育细胞质(CMS)的不育性及恢复性研究

摘  要:以玉米细胞质雄性不育系为材料,对自交系冀161的育性、恢复性进行测定。结果表明,冀161对黄早四、Mo17背景下的CMS-S,CMS-M,CMS-21A,CMS-Rb,CMS-Bb,CMS-Es,CMS-R不育胞质分别呈完全恢复、部分恢复和不育性保持。冀161同不育材料一次测交与再次回交的育性测定结果相同。自交系冀161可作为CMS-C和CMS-S不育胞质的恢复系,为利用多胞质进行不育化制种提供了条件。Maize cytoplasmic male sterile lines were used as test materials and checked the fertility and recoverability in the inbred lines Ji161.Results showed that Ji161 had different effects on cytoplasmic sterility lines of CMS-S,CMS-M,CMS-21A,CMS-Rb,CMS-Bb,CMS-Es and CMS-R that Huangzao4 and Mo17 used as their genetic background.These cytoplasmic sterility lines expressed different characteristics of full-recovery,part of recovery and sterile maintainer.Fertility test results that single test cross of Ji161 with different sterile lines and backcross again showed the same results.Inbred lines of Ji161 can be acted as restorer for cytoplasmic sterile lines of CMS-C and CMS-S,and provide advantage for infertility breeding that utilizing multiple cytoplasms.
