摘  要:采用漂浮池恒温水培法对47个烟草种质苗期进行了青枯病抗性鉴定。按照新国家标准相对病情指数抗性评价体系,苗期恒温水培接种鉴定表现为抗病的品种有2个:Coker176和NC102,表现中抗的种质有11个:RGH51,云烟87,Oxford207,MS云烟87,NC95,K326,YH05,云烟108,NC471,NC71和云烟100。津巴布韦引进的KRK22等7个种质表现为高感,其余种质表现为感病或中感。采用相对病情指数(RDI)和病情指数(DI),与原行业标准(4档抗性划分)和新国家标准(6档抗性划分)等5种抗性评价体系,比较了多个种质鉴定结果的稳定性结果显示,行标—RDI体系和国标—RDI体系鉴定结果的稳定性较高。In this study,the bacterial wilt (BW) resistance performances of 47 tobacco germplasms were identified by floating pool temperature-controlled water inoculation methods at seedling stage.According to the resistance evaluation system of national standard-relative disease index,the results of identification by seedling inoculation at temperature-controlled water showed that 2 germplasms (Coker176 and NC102) were of resistance,and 11 germplasms (RGH51,Yunyan 87,Oxford207,MS Yunyan 87,NC95,K326,YH05,Yunyan 108,NC471,NC71 and Yunyan 100) were of medium resistance.Seven germplasms (KRK22 etc.) introduced from Zimbabwe were of high sensitivity.The remaining germplasm were of sensitivity or medium sensitivity.Using 5 resistance evaluation systems combined with relative disease index (RDI),disease index (DI),former trade standard (Resistance divided into 4 levels) and new national standard (Resistance divided into six levels).The stabilities of the evaluation results of germplasm were compared.Two resistance evaluation system (Former Trade Standard-RDI and National Standard-RDI) having higher stability testing results was put forward.
