摘 要:从艾草根茎接合部位分离内生放线菌,采用对峙培养初筛和发酵液复筛相结合的方法筛选出抑菌活性较强的菌株,并对选出的菌株进行菌种鉴定和抗菌谱测定。结果表明:分离纯化得到了内生放线菌10株,其中70%的菌株表现出不同程度的抑菌活性,以Ac10和Ac16的抑菌活性最强(P<0.01),且对常见的植物病原真菌具有较强的抑制活性,尤其是对链格孢菌属真菌(P<0.05);初步鉴定Ac10为被孢小多孢菌(Micropolyspora angiospora),Ac16为天蓝褐链霉菌放线菌素变种(Streptomyces coeruleofuscus var.actinomycini)。The aim was to isolate endophytic actinomycetes from joint position of root and stem of Artemis- ia argyi. Then, the antifungal actinomycetes were screened by using confrontation culture method and anti- fungal test of fermentation products. Also classifications and antifungal spectrums of the screened strains were determined. The results indicated that 10 endophytic actinomycetes were isolated, 70% of which had varied antifungal activity. The antifungal ability of endophytic actinomycete Ac10 and Ac16 were the best ones in these strains (P 〈 0. 01 ), and they could effectively inhibit normal plant fungal pathogens, especially the Alternaria spp. (P 〈0. 05). Endophytic actinomycete Ac10 and Ac16 were primarily identified as Micropolyspora angiospora and Streptomyces coeruleofuscus var. actinomycini, respectively.
