摘 要:锦屏水电站骨料级配的生产与使用存在冲突,特大石、大石偏少使工程进度滞后,小石偏多造成弃料浪费。为平衡冲突,保证工程顺利进行,有必要对骨料级配进行优化。试验通过最佳密度曲线理论确定级配优化组合,对比基准配合比,分析不同级配组合对大坝混凝土浮浆厚度、保塑性和强度等性能方面的影响,对四级配骨料进行优化。得出骨料级配优化为27∶23∶25∶25或27∶23∶30∶20(小石∶中石∶大石∶特大石),优化后的骨料级配满足骨料生产能力和工程施工需要,达到了解决料源平衡,避免了小石弃料浪费现象,节约了工程成本。There is a certain disturbance between the production and use of aggregate gradation in Jinping Hydropower Station, the project has to be delayed because the extra-big and big stones cant be offered as normal, but the small stones are too much. It's necessary to optimize the gradation for the construction. The graded optimization was obtained by the optimum density curve, and the effect of different gradation combinations on the laitance thickness, working performance and the strength of dam was analyzed, compared with the standard proportion. The results indicated that the aggregate gradation was optimized as 27 : 23 : 25 : 25 or 27 : 23 : 30 : 20 ( small stones : middle stones : big stones : extra-big stones). The optimized aggregate gradation can meet the requirement of the production and use, and also reduce the waste and save the cost.
