一株紫茎泽兰根际细菌分离鉴定及对烟草促生作用研究

摘　　要：对紫茎泽兰根际分离到细菌ZJZL-1进行形态结构鉴定、生理生化特性测定及扩增16s rDNA序列并进行分析,初步确定ZJZL-1巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium)(序列登录号:KF658192)。ZJZL-1接种盆栽烟草测定其定殖效果及对烟草促生作用。定殖试验结果表明ZJZL-1能在烟株根部成功定殖,35 d后处于6.8×103CFU/g的相对稳定状态;促生试验发现ZJZL-1接种的烟株比对照在中部、上部叶片全磷和全钾的含量在不同程度上增加,表明ZJZL-1能促进烟株对P元素和K元素的吸收。A bacterium strain ZJZL-1 was isolated from rhizosphere of Ageratina adenophora,Based on its morphological,physiological and biochemical properties as well as the 16S rDNA sequence analysis result,ZJZL-1 was tentatively identified as Bacillus megaterium （sequence accession number：KF658192）.ZJZL-1 was inoculated to potted tobacco to determine its colonization in roots and its growth promoting effect on tobacco.Colonization trial results showed that ZJZL-1 could successfully colonize in the rhizosphere of tobacco,colonization density leveled off at 6.8 × 10^3 CFU/g root.It was found that in the Middle,upper leaves of tobacco inoculated with ZJZL-1,phosphorus and potassium content could increase in varying degrees,compared with controls,growth promoting results of pot trail showed that ZJZL-1 could promote tobacco potassium and phosphorus absorption.
