摘  要:筛选抑制小桐子溃疡病的内生细菌,为进一步筛选促生长及抗病内生细菌奠定基础。利用组织破碎、稀释涂布法及对峙培养法从小桐子根、茎、叶筛选抑制小桐子溃疡病的内生细菌,然后通过生理生化特征进行初步鉴定。从小桐子根、茎、叶分别获得15株、14株、16株内生细菌,表明小桐子内生细菌的分布具有一定的组织差异性;从根、茎、叶分别筛选到3株、6株、2株等11株拮抗菌以及5株、2株、3株等10株营养竞争菌,表明不同功能内生细菌的分布也具有一定的组织差异性。芽孢杆菌Wx-1和短芽孢杆菌Wx-4的相对抑菌率达35%以上,具有一定的潜在生防价值。To screen endophytic bacteria inhibiting canker of Jatropha curcas,so as to lay foundation for screening endophytic bacteria of growth-promoting and disease resistance.The endophytic bacteria inhibiting canker were separated by tissue crashing method,dilution coating method and confrontation culture method from root,stem and leaf of J.curcas,then bacteria above were identified through physiological and biochemical characteristics.15,14 and 16 strains of endophytic bacteria were obtained respectively from root,stem and leaf,which suggested that the distribution of endophytic bacteria had a certain difference in organization ; 3,6,2 strains antagonistic pathogen and 5,2,3 strains competing nutrient with pathogen respectively from root,stem and leaf,which suggested that the difference distribution of endophyte bacteria with difference function collaborative resisted the invasion of pathogenic Botrosphaeria fuliginosa.Bacillus Wx-1 and Brevibacillus Wx-4 identified by physiological and biochemical characteristics,which had a certain potential bio-control value because of t more than 35% of relative inhibitive ratio.
