摘　　要：针对导弹火工品测试现状及其存在的安全隐患问题,研究设计一种自动检测的导弹火工品通用防爆测试仪,介绍了测试仪的系统组成、测试原理和主要技术途径。测试仪采用计算机测控技术和数据采集技术设计自动测控电路,并通过电阻测量模块和引信测试模块实现火工品自动识别检测;采用VB语言开发测试界面,完成设备自检、火工品测试、数据处理、查询和帮助等功能。应用结果表明:测试仪功能齐全、操作简便、安全性高,很好地解决了导弹火工品的防爆测试问题。According to the problem that the test situation and safety hidden danger of missile initiating explosive devices, an automatic explosion-proof tester for missile initiating explosive devices is researched and designed. The article introduces its system components, test principle and technology way. The tester uses the computer control technology and data acquisition technology to design automatic measurement and control circuit, it combines with the resistance measuring module and fuse testing module to realize automatic identification and measure. Using the Visual Basic to develop main interface of the tester, it can complete functions such as self-checking, testing, data processing, inquiry, help etc. The application showed that the tester has all necessary functions, convenient operation, high safety, and well solves the problem of the explosion-proof test for missile initiating explosive devices.
