摘 要:良好的路用性能和特殊的环保意义使开级配橡胶沥青混合料在排水降噪路面中的应用日益受到重视,在部分国家得到相当规模的应用。因橡胶沥青的技术标准和混合料配合比设计方法不统一,在我国尚未实现推广应用。通过AR—OGFC在省道338张家港张杨路改造中的应用技术研究,对AR—OGFC进行配合比优化设计,对其施工情况和后期路用性能情况进行介绍和总结。实践证明,AR—OGFC路面具有良好的路用性能,而且具有环保、抗滑、排水和降噪等功能,研究结果可为行业规范编制和推广应用提供基础数据。Due to its good performance and special contributions to environment protection, the application of rubber asphalt mixture with open gradation in permeable noise-reducing pavement has been paid more and more attention to. It has been widely used in some countries. Because of technical standards and rubber asphalt mix proportion design methods are not uniform, the rubber asphalt has not been widely used in China. By studying the application of ARIOGFC technology in the reconstruction of Zhangjiagang-Yangshe Road of S338, the mix proportion optimization design of AR--OGFC is carried out, the construction and pavement condition in practical operation are introduced and summarized. The practice proves that the AR--OGFC pavement has good road performance, and also has such functions as environ- mental protection, anti-slide, drainage and noise reduction. The research results can provide basic data for the industry standards and application promotion.
