摘　　要：近年来,公路工程项目"三超"现象较为严重,即概算超估算、预算超概算、决算超预算。鉴于此,分别从项目决策、设计、工程实施及交(竣)工验收等阶段探讨了工程造价控制的任务、存在的问题,并提出了造价控制的相关建议,以合理确定和有效控制工程造价,利用有限资源取得最佳的经济效益和社会效益。In recent years, the ＂three exceeding＂ phenomenon of the highway engineering project is more serious, that are budgetary estimate exceeding rough calculation, budget exceeding budgetary estimate, final accounts exceeding budget. Given this, from project decision, design, project implementation and Completion and acceptance stage, the paper discusses the task, existing problems of cost control in the project construction, and puts forward some suggestion on cost control, in order to reasonably determine and effectively control of the project cost, obtain the best economic benefit and social benefit by using limited resources.
