集装箱式污水回用设备处理高速公路生活污水的试验研究

摘　　要：集装箱式污水回用设备使用20英尺标准海运集装箱作为载体,采用生物膜-连续超滤膜水处理工艺,利用该设备处理生活污水,当进水BOD5 140～315mg/L,NH4＋-N 30～35mg/L,SS 1000～2000mg/L,处理出水水质为BOD5 15～18mg/L,NH4＋-N 3.0～3.5mg/L,色度10～25,浊度0.2～0.5 NTU,SS 0mg/L,能够满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》中绿化用水水质标准,由于该设备具有较好的可移动性,可适用于高速公路建设期和运行期产生的生活污水处理.The biofilm-continuous membrane ultra filtration process is applied in the container wastewa- ter reuse equipment, which is built in the 20 feet ISO container. The equipment was used for the treatment of domestic sewage, the results showed that, when the inlet water quality was BOD5 140-315 mg/L, NH4＋-N 30-35 mg/L, SS 1000-2000 mg/L, the outlet water quality of the container equipment was BOD5 15N18 mg/L, NH4＋-N 3.0～3.5 mg/L, color degree 10-25, turbidity 0.2-0.5 NTU, SS 0 mg/L, and can meet the demand for virescence of ＂ recycling water for urban-water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption ＂ . Since the equipment has good mobility, it is applicable for the domestic sewage treatment both in highway construction and operation periods.
